Math!

Jonah wanted Grandma and Grandpa and Nana and Papa to see this. We switched to Math U See at the beginning of the month and Jonah has loved it.  After his worksheet today he said "I am going to write my own math story!  Here it is:

Look at my boys!

I showed Jordan the picture of his ISU boys tonight and then we went to find a picture of Jonah in the same shirt that Reuben wore today. So here it is... Jonah Fall 2007 And my boys today.

Audrey stikes again!

Let me start by saying that some of these stories I am not particularly proud of, but Jordan said "You need to blog these so we don't forget them. We were reading a story the other day with two personified bears.  Ahhh...a sweet moment with mommy and kids when Audrey interrupted "I don't like that one.  She doesn't look very pretty."  I paused the story to explain to her that man looks on the outside, but God looks at our hearts.  We discussed different characteristics that we should have to be truly beautiful.  Lesson taught, resume story. The bears play dress up with grandma's old clothes.  "See NOW she is pretty!"  Lesson taught, but not learned.
